3 week plan

what do you think is a reasonable but awesome weight loss goal for a 3 week time frame? (/how much have you lost the healthy way in 3 weeks?) lately I've been working out about 1 hour a day (ripped in 30 +30 minutes cardio and a few minutes additional weights) and eating 1100-1200cals (no wheat and limited dairy+meat) and see pretty good results. I only have about 10-15 left till my final goal...and three weeks until my school starts, haha so I want to get as close to that as possible (: thoughts?

    I think what your doing sounds good. I would think you would loose at least six but maybe even ten.
