Hello MFPS!

I joined MFP in October 2011 after losing 30 lbs. on my own. I want to encourage someone that you can DO IT too. Take it one day at a time, one meal at a time. I am halfway down to my longterm goal. This community is helping me change my life. I have always been the big girl with the cute face. It is time the world sees my confidence on the outside (my frame) as well lol~
