    If you need a program to help you make good choices about your food intake, that's fine. Personally, I wouldn't waste my money when I can make my own decisions and use MFP to track it.

    As far as DVD and diet programs go, this one is relatively cheap. So I say go for it. I personally like having workout DVD's around on crappy weather days when I don't feel like running or going to the gym. I also love to cook and love having healthy eating recipe books on hand. It's about the same price as going to the store and buying three workout DVD's and a cook book. I don't like the idea of starting off with a "detox" like this diet does. Your body detoxes itself just fine if your liver and kidneys are in working order.
