Body Combat

Hi guys

I live in the UK - i love the series of body combat classes that are taught in gym - I love the high intensity and the music that goes along with it.

My local gym offer less and less classes at times when I can attend - does enyone know of any dvd's that are similar?

    Hi,

    I'm not sure about DVDs, but I know my gym (DW Fitness) classes follow the Les Mills Body Combat which is really good and there are loads of them.

    Maybe you could look into changing gyms for that reason as I know I wouldn't do them as much at home on a DVD, I need the instructor to beast me haha :)
