Sugar levels

This is just something I need to say. Everyday, I end up over my sugar goal, but under everything else ( but not by a lot) Its hard to avoid sugar because it is in pretty much everything. Don't you think MFP tracker thing would realize that? If so, then why then do they make my sugar goal so low? (btw, my sugar goal is 24) And I have not been eating junk food. I try to eat a lot of things with low or no sugar, but no matter what, sugar is just there!

  • It's entirely possible to not eat sugar. My sugar intake is frequently 0. But then again, I abstain from fruits and milk, and eat leafy green vegetables and water instead.

    Very true what auctoritas posted. Sugar is not required at all, I add a bit of milk for taste to my coffee, and that's it.
