Ok I have another 30 day shred question. How do you calculate your calories? Do you just use circuit training?

I did my first day by the way and it was torture it shows me just how out of shape I am but, Jillian's no nonsense you can and will do it attitude was good for me she seemed to interject her don't you dare stop comments at all the points I wanted to throw in the towel!!
