Hi All - this will be my 3rd marathon; which I am really excited about. BUT... with the last 2, I didnt lose a single pound.
I got "leaner" but no weight was dropped. I didnt really watch what I ate; but did make sure to be really clean because I couldnt run as well when I ate crappy. HAHA.
However - this time - I NEED to lose weight. I am getting married, so being smaller is very important to me.
Any suggestions??
Anything will help. Thank you!

It is easy to use your increased mileage as a license to eat, but that usually doesn't end well.
At the end of the day, it comes down to simple math, burn more than you consume.
Make smart choices foodwise and you should be fine.
If you find your performance dropping off, then you may need to eat more.0
