Moving Rest Day Back?

Hi. Tomorrow is my scheduled rest day. Today was day six of working out so I would be resting on day seven. We are going out of town Friday night and coming home Sunday late afternoon. So my questions is, would it make much of a difference if I skipped my rest day and worked out Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday then rested on Saturday instead? The most I'll be able to fit in on Saturday will be a walk with the dogs. I'm doing TurboFire by the way. So mostly cardio and HIIT workouts. I know rest days are important but is putting it off for three days really that big of a deal?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Rest day? say good bye to your gains
Totally disagree. I rest every week on the seventh day and I am much stronger after the rest. As far as moving your rest day go ahead. Sometimes I have to skip my scheduled day and move it to a different day. This never seems to hurt anything.0 -
Yeah, I can't imagine it will make that big of a difference. Especially if I keep my eating in check. Thanks for the response!0
