naked at home, or in a t shirt. If i have a doc appt, i just get weighed in whatever i am wearing, and i know that if i am wearing warm clothes ( super freezing here right now!) then obviously my weight will be higher, but thats ok.

Nada. If I have to go to the doctors I will wear jeans or a skirt and a light weight shirt. It's worked for me!
