3 things:
1) I weighed myself for the first time in almost two weeks. I thought I had gained weight - I actually lost .3lbs. I probably gained a bit, then lost some... but I'm happy with that.
2) I checked my progress on the BMI chart and I've gone from the top of the "Morbid Obesity" section to the middle/top of the "Severely Overweight" section. I know that's not huge difference, but that, to me, shows some progress.
3) I'm currently sick with a cold and I have no energy to work out - which sucks because I wanted to start up again after NYD. What do you do if you are sick?

. What do you do if you are sick?
either suck it up and workout anyways -at a lesser intensity. OR just relax ,keep the cals in check drink lots of fluid and vitamin c and get better fast so you can get back at it.0 -
I actually ran my first 5K with a cold! But it wasn't a bad one. I don't think it made it worse or better, but I was definitely zapped of energy afterward. If you were going to start working out, it might be a good time to start very slowly.0

I got bronchitis in November and reduced my workouts to walking and yoga, watching my calories, had a great loss at my weigh-in and recovered within a week! Usually bronchitis would have me down and out for weeks...I think living healthier helped my body fight!0

do some small weights maybe to tone? leg lifts if you are laying in bed... get up and walk for a bit if you are feeling like it - drink a lot of water and water down any juice you may drink to save on calories... hope this helps and feel better soon!0
