Food combining

I have just started reading and learning about food combining. I am wondering if there is anyone on here that has done this and what your experience with it has been. It make sense to me and I am looking forward to learning more about it and giving it a try

The only combining I usually do is pair carb+protein or protein+fat...never eat carb+fat...ie MAC and cheese. That's all I follow...0

Several years ago I did the Susanne Summers diet, and was very successful. 18# in the first month. Easy to cook for the family and eat the right combos. It's worth a try.0
