30 day shredders-question

Hi
It's been almost 2 weeks and I've been doing the 30 day shred daily
Most days I alternate between level 1 and 2 and a few times (a small handful I did level 1 and 2 the same day)
I really don't see much of a change yet...I was hoping for a little more toning/definition
How long did it take for you to see results?
Also, does anyone have a clue how many cals each level/session burns?
I remember someone saying somewhere around 550 for all 3 session?
I'm also thinking of getting another J.M or biggest loser DVD..any recs
I don't want something too similar to the shred

Biggest Loser Cardio Max Bootcamp ITS AWESOME !! 30 MINUTES OF NOTHING BUT HARDCORE TONING ,CARDIO,AND STRENGTH TRAINING ON LEVEL 1 and there are a total of 3 levels.0

I started 30 day shred the end of December and did it 30 days straight, mainly level 3. I didn't lose any weight but I did lose inches. I noticed in pictures. I still throw in the 30 day shred once or twice a week.
I am now doing Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones and it is great. I am getting the V line on my belly and my arms have definition, my butt looks good too ha ha. Still not losing the 10 pounds I want to but clothes are looser. I recommend it!0
