I just dip the chicken in beaten eggs, then into breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for aroung 15 minutes. I really like them.0

They trick is to spray them with an olive oil spray or even PAM before you bake them. Gives them a crispier outside.0

If you want something a little spicy, try marinating your chicken in Frank's Red Hot. Then bake them on a wire rack over a cookie sheet. This helps the chicken stay crispy for salads, sandwichs, etc. Spray the wire rack or they will stick!0

I dip chicken into beaten egg whites then into crushed rice crispie cereal (season w/garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper). Spray with non-stick spray and bake. The rice crispie cereal makes the chicken tenders nice and crunchy.0
