I am looking for healthier ways to make chicken tenders. I would like to bake them in a pan in the oven. Does anyone have any good recipes?

I just dip the chicken in beaten eggs, then into breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for aroung 15 minutes. I really like them.

They trick is to spray them with an olive oil spray or even PAM before you bake them. Gives them a crispier outside.

Yes! Sorry, I forgot this vital piece of information!
  • If you want something a little spicy, try marinating your chicken in Frank's Red Hot. Then bake them on a wire rack over a cookie sheet. This helps the chicken stay crispy for salads, sandwichs, etc. Spray the wire rack or they will stick!

I dip chicken into beaten egg whites then into crushed rice crispie cereal (season w/garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper). Spray with non-stick spray and bake. The rice crispie cereal makes the chicken tenders nice and crunchy.
