Water bores me, i know I need to drink it but I literally find the stuff tastes dull! So, i drink quite a bit of herbal tea, especially when at work and fruit teas when I am at home. Can i count these towards my daily water intake?

yes! All drinks and foods contain water. Its a myth that you have to drink pure water for it to count. Once consumed your body will digest the liquid for what it is.....H2O!
Check out google for further science. Good luck :flowerforyou:0 -
I do  Like you, I find drinking plain water boring. But then there's been so much debate on the topic of how you should get your daily water intake, it comes down to how you personally want to do it. :drinker:0

I like water, but in the winter in the uk it can sometimes be so cold that the last thing I want to do is drink a cold drink, herbal teas are fine, more than fine, they have a lot of benefits apart from just hydration xx0
