Welcome David. If I usually feel hungry between meals I drink water/tea or eat an apple. Congratulations on being on day 3 of your journey.0

Welcome don't worry i'm coming off the holiday binge with the in-laws and i'm injured so i'm couch bound and i'm hungry too. I'm drinking a ton of water and keep checking this site to stay motivated.0
