YEAH, it is called only been 3 weeks! Calm down dear, it takes time to get back on the horse after surgery. Your body is just adjusting. YOU WILL GET THERE!
I PROMISE!

Hey sometimes the scale is not the best indicator, if you have been excercising you may have added muscle. We know muscle weighs more than fat. Better to do measurements, you may find you have lost inches just gained muscle mass and that you have indeed lost fat!! Don't despair you are most likely doing fine just keep at it. Remember if you burn more calories than you take in you will lose.0

THANKS EVERYONE FOR THE WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT0

The best thing that you can do I believe is to take your body measurements and start to go by that. Just because you don't see any change on a scale doesn't mean that you are not doing any good. Keep doing what you are doing and mix things up a little bit everything will come in time.0

I wish I had answers for you, just keep on trying. You are doing great with the exercise. You aren't alone in this. I am 5'4" and I weigh 168 and alot of it is flab. I just keep doing the exercises. I have a spinal fusion in my neck so I know where the frustration is coming from. It takes a long time to recover from that kind of surgery and I'm having a hard time losing weight on the top half. :flowerforyou: ps is that your cute dog? What his/her name?0

I heard that working out TOO MUCH will make your body store more fat to keep up with your exercise schedule. Many people recommend only working out three days a week. Plus your body needs time to recooporate (sp). I wish I could work out as much as you but I cant find the time!0
