Should I get weighed today???

Okay all, here is a piece of my story.
I had changed my diet previously and I never lost what I thought I should have lost and I find it discouraging. Today I have a doc appt. At the last weight in (before the holidays 12/6 actually) I was CERTAIN I would have lost weight, but I didn't, I stayed the exact same!!! About 4 or 5 months ago we found out I had a thyroid problem, and I have been on medication and I STILL haven't lost what I feel I should be losing, eh, about 1-2 lbs a week.
I have been exercising more than I ever have, started previous to my last appointment so I figured it should have showed up as a loss. (I hike A LOT, and I have been doing kinect dancing and whatnot). Along with staying within calories. (even though I don't always log my food here, I have a food log I carry with me, yea I have the app but sometimes my phone goes screwy so its just easier to do it the old fashioned way)
So, today I have a doc appt (I go once a month) should I get weighed? I feel that if I didn't lose even a pound it may hinder my progress. I am afraid I may get discouraged and give up. Or at least give up for today. I don't know...
What would you do? get weighed, not get weighed? I am also on wellbutrin and I am beginning to wonder if this is hindering my weight loss efforts (going to talk to my doc today about this)

Ps I woke up with a sinus infection today too, this suuuuuucks (just thought I would throw that in there for good measure haha
