It was measurements day at the gym...bleh...but here's the good news.

I was down five pounds in the last month, and a huge percentage of that was body fat. I had actually gained about a pound of lean muscle mass. The cardio + strength training is really going to pay off if I keep it up. I had lost one inch in my waist, and pretty much stayed the same everywhere else, but the trainer said that was good in the beginning because I'm building muscle.

Motivation to actually get all five days of cardio in every week!
