Just got back from lunch and put my foods into my food log, its surprising where the good and bad comes from in our food. I ate out at BHS (UK store) and though I knew I wasn't going for the healthy option I was shocked at the resulting nutrition;

Lasagne 476 cals 34g carbs 23g fat 30g protein
Chips 189 cals 30g carbs 7g fat 4g protein
Peas 60 cals 8g carbs 1g fat 5g protein
Mayo packet x 2 160cals 0g carbs 18g fat 0g protein

I shall be staying away from the mayo packets in the future, I knew it was fattening but didnt realise by how much so I have spent all my fat for the day now!

    Yeah, logging food has had me shocked at times too... :( On the other hand, as long as we learn from it we won't make the same mistakes twice.
    (That being said, I don't think your food was that high in calories, if you go for a lighter meal as supper you will be fine)

    Amazing how foods with lower calories can be so high in fat. Sounds like you learned your lesson though! Me personally, I skip a LOT of condiments or find healthier replacements. The higher fat just isn't worth it, but I'm also at a pretty low daily calorie so every calorie and fat gram is precious to me!
