New year, new me .... again!

I originally joined MFP in January 2011, but gave up quite quickly, the food diary helped to start with but I cheated (forgetting about the the odd biscuit/chocolate, late night snack) and just couldn't get motivated to do any excercise, (its been over 6 years now since I stopped playing football).
I've seen the help and encouragement on here offered by likeminded people, and feel proud for the friends who have stuck it out and are doing so well. So I know its possible!
So I've set the bar a little lower this year, I still find it incredibly difficult to say no when asked if I want dessert because I enjoy it so smaller portions are gonna be the starting point there! Instead of an excercise goal of half hour per day I'll start with half hour 3 times a week.
Therefore today I start again, I'm gonna try to be honest with the diary, I've got the app on my Iphone for when I'm not in the office so no excuse for not updating it! And I'm gonna try get and going with the exercise, its just getting into the habit....Because I don't want to be writing this all over again on 1st Jan 2013.
I only have a couple of friends on here currently so am happy to add anyone, as am probably gonna need all the support I can get. Lets do this!
