Jillian Micheals Diet?!?!

A BIT OF INFO ABOUT ME: I have been on MFP for a long time! Two years in that first year I only stayed 5 months and lost 10lb. The second go around I had gained 2 from last time and lost 15. Total 23. I made it again only 5 months the second time because I started Dental Hygiene School and it messed up my whole sched.
SO, I always ate ok foods staying at my goals and keeping the sodium low. My diet wasnt as balanced as it should have been. I work out 5-6 days a week mostly with Jillian Micheals DVDs. (ripped in 30 and i mixed it up with another of hers, now I LOVE her shed and shred!) I wasnt losing the way I thought I should! I mean 10lbs in 5 months! thats 2lbs a month or .5 a week! sad! :sad:
POINT- I figured this year I would learn to eat more BALANCED! So i signed up for Jillians Diet. Its not easy by any means to cook all this food and prep it ahead for lunches the next day and it sure isnt cheap the first few weeks buying all the crap you need to cook! But once you get the stuff you use over and over again it gets better. So far her foods are good! some misses but hey its a diet!
BOTTOM Line- In the two full days of her diet and not working out (Im sick right now Ive lost 3 yes 3 pounds! SO so far I like this balanced diet!
