My lifetime change started

Hi everyone. I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I'm 48 years old and my weight worries started about 10 - 15 years ago, slowly climbing to 150 lbs. I'm rather short, only 5' 1" and had always been on the tiny side even after having both my children. Off and on I've tried to lose the extra pounds only to succeed and then gain them back plus some. As I get older, I have this fear of becoming a very short over weight granny with a lot of health problems due to the weight. So here I am trying to succeed again, however this time I'm using this community to keep me on track. Reading the success stories here have really made me feel motivated. I realize this will be a lifetime change and not a temporary one, so any progress I make pushes me to stay on track. I began eating healthier right before Christmas and I try to squeeze in exercise when I can (which is not a lot right now). So far I have lost 3 lbs and have not felt overly hungry. I'll send you all good energy to succeed in your challenges of a lifetime change. Wish me Luck!! and Good Luck to all of you!!!
