My husband is doing P90X so his diet is very high in protein - I am cooking his meals so have altered what I eat too. I have found that I'm going over my protein quota - is that okay?!

    YES!!! The protein quota on here is way too low anyway!!!

    I aim for 1g per 1lb of lean body mass per day. 170g+

    Yep...nothing to worry about! I upped mine a long time ago and still go over the higher number!

    How do I up my daily protein? Also, I'd like to adjust my sodium down, but not sure where to make these change???
    Is the 1g per lb of lean mass for losing weight, or is that to maintain current?
