Chicken Noodle Soup ????

I make this all the time and it's so easy!
6 cups water
4-6 chicken boullion cubes (depending on how much sodium you want to add)
4 ounces chicken breast, cooked and cubed
2 large carrots, peeled and cut into coins
2 stalks celery, cut to desired size
1 medium onion, chopped
2 oz dry egg noodles
Put in the crockpot on high or low (depending how soon you want to eat it) until veggies are soft. About 30 minutes before you want to eat, add the egg noodles. Garnish with dried parsley if desired. Just make sure not to add the noodles to early or they turn to mush.
I made this exact recipe on Monday and here is the nutritional count I got for the entire crockpot:
Calories: 439; Carbs: 63; Fat: 4; Protein:32; Sodium: 3443; Fiber: 70
