I have looked it up on Youtube, I think I get the jist of it, but was wanting someone to explain it a little more if they could? Is it very intense? Difficult? I am pretty out of shape, I don't know if I would be able to keep up... 179 lbs here :(

I have turbo fire and it's te next step up from turbo jam. TF isn't that hard and would be great for beginners. There is sculpting, toning and core videos you do every week. Not to mention you stretch everyday. You have HIIT videos maybe like 2 times a week and they are only 15-30mins depending on which day it is. There is also cardio videos and it's really fun and dancey but there is also a new to class so you can get the moves better. I love turbo fire and when you want later you can always get Chalene extreme and do a hybrid program with it and TF.

I love Turbo Fire. You can do it. The moves can be tricky at first but if you stick with it, you'll figure them out. Even if you keep messign them up...you're still moving! The music is fun and gets stuck in your head all day long. I also have Chalene Extreme and I like that one too.

I have done Turbo Jam in the past and I just started Turbo Fire a couple days ago. I will say that if you are totally out of shape you may want to get the Turbo Jam to start with. It is a great workout, lots of great music and very high energy. Turbo Fire is definitely a more hard core cardio workout but it I am looking forward to the challenge of getting through it.

Either one you pick.....you will get a good workout, sweat tons and feel good about yourself!!
