Are there any fitmess pals that have been diagnosed with MS? I am curious to see if there are any diets that seem to help with your MS symptoms...

Hello! I was just diagnosed with MS this past February and just began medication on Monday. I would love some encouragement on days when I don't feel like doing anything as well as give the encouragement to others.0
