I absolutely LOVE looking at the success stories! But, I want to see some success stories with not just pics, but stories! HOW did you do it? What did you change? I am looking for motivation and HELP. I need to know about the diet and exercise it took for you to get there. (I personally struggle with the diet portion EVERY TIME I try to lose weight).
