I was wondering if anyone knows how to figure out the percentage of weight loss? We are doing the biggest loser competition at work, and I would like to know how to calculate this myself. Thanks

Like, the percentage of your body weight that you lost? It would be ((original weight - current weight) / original weight) x 100.
So if you started at 200 and now you weigh 186, it would be (200-186)/200 x 100, or 7%.
Or do you mean the percent of body fat lost? If so, someone else will have to chime in.0
