It's Been A Tough Run

Hi all, I'm new here as of a few weeks ago! I am a vegetarian (by choice for the animals but I do eat some fish) and I just became gluten-free at Thanksgiving. I also have dairy intolerance to certain milks and cheeses. Needless to say, it's been very difficult emotionally and physically with the rest of the world not being so supportive of my choices and health needs. Has anyone bashed you or tried to debate with you for your lifestyle choices? I'd love to hear what other vegetarians go through!

I'm an avid gymaholic, I work out about 4-5 days a week doing a variety of different workouts. I've been active, healthy, fit all of my life but I like everyone, I can still struggle with the confidence in my body and finding the right weight to be happy. I'm increasing to two workouts a day, one during lunch and one at night and lowering my calorie intake as I prepare for my first cruise in a month!!

I'm all for fitness, health and diet tips, I love all that stuff! Feel free to add me as a friend, I'd appreciate the motivation, support and I will give it back to you too! :)
