    I turn 30 on May 13 and I am hoping to lose 30 by 30! That is about 1.5 lbs a week and if I lose 2lbs a week I will be in onederland on my 30th bday....

    I am turning 30 in October, I hope to be 115lbs by then! My SW was 159lbs and my CW is 134lbs

    30 years is a good motivation to move and keep burning!!!
