 Thought when I was done with nursing school and I got a job I would lose weight like no tomorrow. Wrong!! Since starting my job on 2nd shift in Ocotober I have gained about 7lbs and most of that pre holiday : ( I have a hard time eating right with this new schedule. I get up later and eat later, then when I get home I want to snack.
I don't know about any other 2nd shifters out there, but I am still getting used to being home alone (well kind of). Kids and husband in bed when I get home and everyone up and off to school or work when I get up. Leaves me a lot of time to bum around. I go to the gym and clean before work but then I come home and watch tv and snack.
Help I need some Ideas please.
