Hello,
I'm a Mom of three girls currently and I am pregnant with #4! I am due to have a c-section on February 21st. About 3 weeks ago I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes, the first time out of all four pregnancies!
I saw a nutritionist and she advised me to find an online program to track my eating habits so I stay on track. I'm lucky that I do not need to take medications to control it, we are strictly using Diet.
So I found this site and I have to say I love it! Such a huge database for food types, and I even figured out how to input recipes to reflect my intake.
I stopped drinking soda/pop at the beginning of December, and that alone has made me feel much better! I lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks because of it! Then with changing my diet I lost another 4 pounds over the holidays!
Losing weight while pregnant isn't the idea though, because I'm a plus size Momma here losing weight isn't hurting me or my baby. She is growing perfectly! My body is just getting much healthier and getting rid of the excess crap!

My headaches have almost all the way disappeared (except for sinus headaches from the crazy Michigan weather) and I don't have dizzy spells anymore or hot flashes.

I'm very excited to be using this site for tracking and having some support so after the baby is born I can get in full swing to lose a decent amount of weight.
I've been overweight my whole life and I'm so glad to have found something that actually helps!
