spin bike

I feel silly asking this, but I am at work and am not able to call the store right now.....but I want to go buy a spin bike after work (the pro-form 290)....has anyone bought a similar one lately? If so, does it come unassembled in a box, and would it fit in the trunk of an Impala (with the seats folded down).

I just don't want to get there and discover I need a truck to get it.

And while I'm at it, do you like your spin bike?
