hi everyone, happy new year! im on day 3 of insanity! am loving it, and it is bloody hard work, but feel great afterwards!just wondered if anyone else is doing it, and if so if your adding anything else to it, like running or another workout, because although its hard, i feel i should be doing something else too, as the workouts arent that long??
any info much appreciated guys, thank youxxx

    woah! you could do more than one workout in a day with Insanity? my legs wouldnt be able to carry me if I tried that. I am on day 9 of Insanity and loving it!

    Somedays I add weight training, or occasionally run or swim. The first month workouts did seem really short. They were hard, but after they were done I didn't feel like I had done enough. On my rest week now- I'll let you know I feel the same after the workouts jump up to 60 minutes next week!

    Hey great job on the insanity, I'm just finishing week 2. I agree that although I'm completly spent when I'm done, I also felt like I should do more. This week I did the Bob Harper total body 1 night and it pushed me to my limits due to the insanity workout in the morning. my intention at this time is to do the night one 3+ times a week at night.

    I've been told that part 2 of insanity is way tougher so I'm hoping that by doing this I'll be ready for it lol.
