Fitbit.... how accurate is it?

I recently got a Fitbit that I wear all the time, and I was surprised to find that based on how many calories it says I burn, I should be losing weight. But I'm not, just maintaining and sometimes gaining a bit. Anybody have feedback on using one of these, and how accurate they are?
I've checked out some reviews, just wanted to see what the MFP crew has to say.
