Motivation? what motivates you?

I want to exercise, just sometimes I cant be bothered to be honest :(
So what keeps you motivated?
I think what I probably need is someone to stand beside me shouting at me to move my fat bum
Also any ideas on the adverage cost of a trainer?

Getting started was the hardest part for me. But after a few times at the gym I realized I love the way I feel AFTER a workout. I hate sweating during it, but the reward afterwards in my increase in energy is so worth it.

No trainer experience here, but I know it can be pricey, but if you have the money maybe getting a trainer for a month or so would get you started?

Having a trainer is definitely amazing motivation. You have to work out really hard with them and then they get mad at you if you don't continue at home! I used to have one but haven't for ages - what motivates me now is knowing that I will feel awesome when I get back and not guilty later in the day. Also, the other day someone somewhere (maybe on a video I dunno) was saying to tell yourself you enjoy exercise and see it like yoga, incorporating the mind as well rather than telling yourself you hate it! It works for me!
  • Wanting to lose weight. Plus, we have a challenge at work, the one to lose the biggest percentage of their weight wins a trip. I want to win that trip. Oh, and I promised myself for every 5 lbs I lose, I get to treat myself to a massage. I do love a massage!
