New motivation for a new year!

I started this last fall and had relatively good results. Like many others, the new year symbolizes a new start on positive changes I had to take a long break due to a blur of events in Nov & December. Luckily I didn't gain everything back after the holidays and now I'm ready to start again!
I'm 22 and a recent grad. My official start weigh in for the year is 208 and I'd like to see myself drop at least 50lbs by the year's end. If you share a similar goal or would like support during your journey, feel free to add me and hopefully we can get through the year together!

We're already MFP friends - but I read your post and saw how similar our goals are!!! I started out 217, got down below 200 and then the holidays hit - I gained a bit... grrr.... But, I'm right with you on losing 50 this year! Here's to a Happy New Year! We can do it!0
