Hi there, just found out about this site and I am hoping it will help me lose my 30lb excess!
I do a lot of running for charity so my training & food plans are essential.
Have had issues with wheat and weight increase.
Hoping this will all help.
I usually blog my training in my website.

Q. - how can I lose weight if I have to eat my calorie goal AFTER i have added in my exercise?
Surely the calories I burn from training will help me lose the weight if I eat my daily goal (pre exercise) of 1500 calories?

If you excersize I don't think you have to eat ALL of your calories, I never do. I stick to the average 1200 calories for my weight. If I burn calories with exercize then I can either choose a treat for that day or just not use them at all.0
