i'm new here
my weight has gone from under control in my twenties to out of control in my thirties. 3 years ago i had surgery to remove a gallstone and at that time i weighed 240lbs. i have had the same scale for the last two years and for the last 6 mos its been telling me that i'm 260lbs. over the holiday it tells me i'm 265lbs. i had a feeling this couldnt be right, given the fact that none of my clothes fit me anymore. so i got a new scale. it came today. it tells me that i'm actually 287lbs.
i need all the friends i can get. its easier to stay on track when you have people motivating and helping you. this turn of events has me thrown for a loop. i need to keep myself from getting too depressed about this.
thank you for any help you can spare
