I am brand new to the concept of juicing and I am very interested in starting. I usually HATE vegetables but I have slowly been adding them to my normal diet and have actually started to like a few :) Broccoli, Kale, Mushrooms, etc...So I have a question for yall....

What are good vegetables to include that may not taste too strong for a beginner like me, and what are some other good things I can add to help the taste a bit?

I have tried googling it but I find a lot of ads for pre-made drinks for sale, or they don't go into specifics like which veggies are standard to use and which are higher in nutrients...I think that has a lot to do with personal taste, so if any of you out there have some recommendations for me, I would love to try it out and see how I do.....

Also, do yall use a food processor and put the whole thing in, or do you peel veggies like carrots and zucchini before they go in? I know the purpose is to get as much nutrients as possible, so I am guessing everything, but I want to double check. I feel really stupid right now but I grew up not eating a single vegetable other then corn in my house so I didn't even know what KALE was before I walked into a whole foods!!!

Thanks So Much!
