Anyone else gained a fair bit over Christmas?
I weighed in a whole 7lbs heavier![:( :(](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/frowning.png)
I didn't eat loads or drink loads but it was what I did eat that is so much different to my normal diet. Full of carbs and sodium... I purposely laid off the normal plan so i could enjoy myself but soooo wish I hadn't know...
I'll keep telling myself its water and it'll be gone in a few weeks.... Yes? Please? lol....

If you didn't eat too many excess calories, you're probably right about the water weight. A drastic change to your diet can really mess with your body! Don't be too hard on yourself. Get back on track, and move on0
