I have been away for almost a week, my mother in law had a massive heart attack but seems to be doing ok, today will tell if she needs a surgery or not. Thank you to all for sending messages and checking up on me, somehow through all this sitting in a hospital i tried to watch what i was eating when we went out and low and behold lost 2 lbs go figure i thought when i weighed in this morning for sure i would have gained so i am very happy about that. Again thanks all for the messages.
