Does anyone know anything about Jillian Michaels' online "plan?" I went to her website out of curiosity & there is a free one month trial plan, but no mention of what the plan involves - whether it's exercise or eating plan or like MFP or what.
Anybody know?

    I know several MFP members mentioned joining it and saying good things about it...but I can't recall their names at the moment...hopefully they will see this thread and jump in and share what they know:happy: :flowerforyou:
