    CW is 215ish.

    Mini Goals:

    Under 200 in april
    Move to over weight catagory 174lbs in October or November

    Ultimate goal is between 15 and 150 I think

    Super Ultimate goal to have a baby :)

    Lose my last 10 lbs and build muscle. I want to get lean and toned. I would also like to be able to do one handed pushups and see how many chinups I can end up doing by year end.

    I would like to run a 5K this spring. While I want to lose weight, I really want to tone up as well. My goal is to eat better and be more conscious of my nutrition. I also want to make sure I get out an exercise in some form at least 4-5 days a week.

    Mini goal: Get below 190 before March 1st
    Walk at least three times a week for at least 30 minutes.

    End goal: Weigh 145 no time frame, I don't have a realistic sense of how this is going to go :\

    yes i will def be modifying things as i go.. no time frame for me either on the ultimate goal, i just know i have to lose atleast 100lbs before we have a baby, and I wanna buy a house and start a family in the next 2 years atleast!
