Hi My son wanted to lose weight and he used some for 3 months he has lost just over 2 stone but you have to exercise as well. hope this helps.0

I've never taken them, but be very aware of what exactly the diet pills contain. If you lose weight too quickly, it's more likely to come back.0

I exercise now four or five days a week, eat 1200 calories plus a day. Just getting very discouraged!0

Maybe you need to up your calories?? Sometimes 1200 isn't enough...especially if you are exercising 5 days a week. I would raise it a little and try it for a couple of weeks and see how it goes. You can always change it back if you need to.0 -

I hear yah!! I know Jillian Michaels is well respected in her field.. I would trust those..or beach body also makes some really healthy supplements that are designed to rev metabolism and burn fat..plus give you that push during mid-workout. I just started PERFORMANCE by beach body..but they are spendy too.
I recently spoke with the nutritionist about this plateau I'm having and she pointed out that I workout in the wrong "zone" for weight loss.. i do P90X.. maybe a hrm would help you like she suggested for me?? I still need to find out what my target HR is for weight loss but I'm eager to make the change and hoping for results.
I can't continue to sacrifice if i can't see any changes..especially for 1 month!! Thats the only reason i opted for a "little helper"0 -

Could you tweet either Bob or Jillian and ask if you should? They are both on Twitter0 -
Don't take them I was taking hydroxy cut extream last year and was dropping weight like there was no tomorrow but the side effect i got was having a hard time sleeping sometimes i would be awake almost 48 hrs brfore my body started to shut down. when i stoped taking them the weight came back real fast and i gained an extra 16 pounds.0

You want a jump start, lift some really heavy weights.

For me there is one and only one way to get my good shape: get good habits, the good equilibrium between exercise and diet for the rest of my life...I consider magic pills as a waste of money. I am extremely sceptic mainly because nutritionists and doctors never propose them, so I admit I never tried. Everything is in my natural food, I am sure...exercising and avoiding fat and sugar should make the rest0

I'm going to try increasing water and calories for a few weeks and see what happens. Thanks everyone0

umm really , hey jillian should i buy yoru weight loss product, i wonder what that answer would be0 -
first, there are no magic beans to help long term fat loss. some folks who take "fat burning pills" simply work out harder or eat less to "maximize the benefits" of the "fat burning pills"....soooo, it appears to them that the pills are working when, in reality, had they simply worked out harder and/or eaten less without the pills, the results would be very similar. some "fat burning pills" also come with the added "benefit" of effing up your metabolism so you're eff'd when you stop taking them.
as far as breaking your plateau, consider some ideas in my blog:
