Hi everyone!
Just starting to use this more regularly and I hope I eat better since I'm sort of held accountable. Just trying to lose about 4-10 lbs. I am a petite and it shows if I gain weight ever so I'm hoping this will help me stop from thinking I can just eat whatever I want.

Plus I'm a baker, so if any of you have nice healthy recipes for some sweets please share!
