Always over fat and carbs; yet under calories!

Anyone have good food ideas to keep my calories filled up but not go over fat + carbs?

I eat things like nuts/nut butters, avocado and eggs to try and get healthy calories but they always push me over fats and the fruits + veggies get me over carbs!

What to do? Suggestions would be welcomed!

Thanks. :)

Having had a quick look at your diary, I wouldn't worry. You're only very slightly over, and as you've already spotted, the carbs is because of your fruit consumption, and the fats from olive oil, avocado, nut butter.

If you really can't live with that small just-over-target, then pare back on these items ever so slightly. But if it was me, I wouldn't bother.

Well done on your great balanced intake!

The more calories you burn the lower your fat count is. I'm normally always over fats but after exercising I'm under for the day. :)

Thank you! I really appreciate the comment.

I know I only go over a little, usually - but that's because I go under calories so often.

I really need foods that I can eat that somehow have no/low carbs and no/low fats.
I've tried egg whites but they are so low calorie I'd have to eat a silly amount to do any good.

Try to incorporate more protein in your diet to make up for the calories lost due to reduced fat/carbs intake. While your fatty & carby foods sounds very good & healthy but still you need to go easy on them. Nuts should be eaten in handfuls & limit yourself to the recommended daily serving of fruits & veggies to keep those two macros in check. Remember that anything taken in excess becomes a bad thing & healthy foods are no exception to this.

Thanks! I guess I just need to eat more meat, I suppose.
