Which MyFitness Pal Ads Show Up?

I was wondering which ads come up on people's computer when they are on the site. Usually mine have to do with fitness and weight loss but once a week or so I get Papa John's ads! Today I was getting their new cheesy-bread ads (I think they said they have as much cheese as a medium pizza?!?!) and it's SO UNFAIR. I LOVE CHEESE.
