Year later and I failed- need help to motivate myself in tim

Joined 12 months ago- lost a stone overall but I've been totally on and off with the diet and exercise.
I was told at one point that calorie counting is pointless because there are good and bad calories so that put me off. Now I'm thinking I need the support and the incentive to track what I'm doing.
Added pressure now though- getting married in August.

I'm a size 16, 5"11, 185lbs and want to get down to a toned size 12 by August and around 155lbs at least. Is this achievable? How? Have you done it? Can you show me photos/give me tips!!!!!!!!!!???????

I've kind of hit a January low and thinking I'm going to be a fat bride and I'm not motivated like I thought I'd be at the start of a new year.

Any advice and help would be awesome.

PS. Plan of action at the moment is 2 x spin classes, 1 x body pump and 1 x body combat every week. Does this sound good. They're my favourite classes.
