I'm one of those people that has that silly way of thinking 'hey, I'm exercising more (15/20mins of walking..), so I can totally have that bowl of ice-cream!..' haha.

Anyway, I'm not really sure how this calorie counting thing works -but I've managed to put on a good (really bad) four four kilos over the Christmas break and would really like to get back to my pre-pre-Christmas weight. Figure the message board will be a good start in terms of moral support and all.
